The Nielsen’s
I went to college at California State University, Fullerton where I met Myka, my best friend, college roommate and former track and cross country teammate. Ironically we both ended up settling in Colorado and recently she came up to Boulder for a long awaited shoot with her family. Her wonderful husband, Brad, and amazing daughters Taylor and Sage were so much fun to work with. I just adore these girls and trying to edit this shoot was virtually impossible because I loved every image as much as I love this family.

CA Kids
I was in southern California recently to run the OC Marathon, visit with my college friends and soak up some wonderful salty sea air. During my visit I was also lucky enough to set up a couple of shoots with my friends children. I haven’t worked too much with infants, they were a challenge, especially 3 week old twins! The photo shoots were a blast though and I feel our patience and persistence paid off with some beautiful and memorable images. Thanks Watson’s and Giglio’s!

Kendall in Colorado
My college friends Chris & Michelle made their first visit to Colorado this spring with their daughter Kendall in tow and we were able to make a quick stop at the Flatirons for a brief photo shoot with the beautiful one-year-old.

Myka’s Girls
My best friend Myka was kind enough to let me crash at her place while I sorted out all the details before I moved to Boulder. She has two beautiful daughters who are always so fun to photograph.
