Angie & Jake had a big, beautiful Greek wedding- it was my first Greek Orthodox wedding and I love it. The ceremony was really spiritual and the reception was a wild and crazy party. We also cruised up to an awesome lookout point and took stunning portraits with the Garden of the Gods in the background. The newlyweds cruised up to Jake’s Greek restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs on scooters and continued to eat, drink and break plates into the wee hours of the morning.

Lisa & Chris
I was fortunate enough to get back home to New Jersey for one of my oldest friend’s wedding. I’ve known Lisa since she was 13-years-old and I felt so blessed to be able to photograph her wedding to the man of her dreams. They got married a block away from where I grew up on the lake we use to play on as kids. It was a typically hot and humid summer day but that didn’t stop the celebration that went on long into the night.

Jennifer & Shelby
Jennifer & Shelby got married at Rocky Mountain Hog Roasters in Arvada on a hot summer day. She wore a simple, beautiful dress her mom made her and they recited their vows surrounded by 1000 paper origami cranes Jennifer hand made. Their guests enjoyed a picnic reception with a bbq feast, horse shoes and volleyball.

Carey & Matthew
Carey & Matthew got married in a beautiful, old, stone church perched on a hill in Cascade, CO. They went down the aisle barefoot to pay homage to their favorite saint, St. Francis of Assisi. It was a gorgeous May day with perfect blue skies and blooming cherry blossoms.
Carey & Matthew were wonderful to work with. They are a couple intensely in love and I actually had to stop them once or twice from locking lips reminding them they will want one or two photos of them looking at the camera. š

Stephanie & Rick
My good friends Stephanie and Rick had a very intimate but beautiful wedding in a Denver public park. They are such a wonderful couple and compliment each other to a tee. She wore a pale, pink Calvin Klein dress with matching flip flops (her signature shoe) and he wore a light gray suit with a tie that matched his brides gown. We had such a blast walking around taking portraits with the city as our backdrop.
