There were so many things I loved about this wedding. From the bride’s gorgeous vintage jewelry and smokin’ cowboy boots to the groomsmen’s chocolate brown suits and wheat inspired boutineers, Kate & Adam put so much thought and love into all their fall wedding details it made this wedding truly a special event. They recited their vows at the Chapel at Red Rocks in Morrison with the iconic red rock formations as their backdrop and they celebrated with their friends and families at Golden’s Fossil Trace Golf Club. These were two new venues for me and I had so much fun exploring their incredible grounds making photos with the bride and groom.
Thank you Kate & Adam, it was so much fun celebrating with you both!
Elaine & Geoff had the most perfect Vail, Colorado fall wedding! A tiny bit of snow on the ground, the peaking Aspens and a super fun, easy-going couple made this wedding a pleasure to be a part of. They held their ceremony outside on the lawn at Larkspur Restaurant at Golden Peak on Vail Mountain and then their friends and family from around the country feasted on amazing entrees prepared by Larkspurs world-class chefs. Thanks Elaine & Geoff, the day couldn’t have gone better!
I had a great time with Christy & Drew and their dog, Sarge, making their Colorado engagement photos up in Nederland, CO at the peak of the fall colors. Their wedding in Winter Park next Labor day is going to rock!
The day couldn’t have been more perfect for my friends Leslie & Andrew at their Ten Mile Station wedding. Late September mountain weddings can be a gamble but we were fortunate enough to have perfect fall weather, plenty of peaking foliage left on the trees and so many heartfelt moments. The ceremony and reception were held on Breckenridge mountain at Ten Mile Station and we saved a little time to wander around the historic downtown, making photos among the beautifully painted old buildings and down by the river walk.
Leslie & Andrew did such an amazing job putting so much thought and special attention into all their Ten Mile Station wedding details, most of which they did themselves. My favorites were the cutout gondola table seating cards, hot apple cider mix for guests, thoughtful pre-wedding gifts to each other and I loved how Leslie’s rockin’ cowboy boots complimented Andrew’s custom made belt buckles. Everything came together perfectly and I am so very happy I got to be there to help them celebrate!
