Mountain Engagement Session | Lindsey & Chris

It started pouring rain as we drove up to Conifer for Lindsey & Chris’ mountain engagement session. Lindsey was glued to her phone watching the satellite weather, and we all had our fingers crossed as we drove through barely visible conditions on our way up to a spot near Flying J Ranch. Five minutes before we got to our destination, in typical Colorado fashion, the clouds parted and a huge rainbow appeared. Our persistence paid off. The sun was shining, the aspen leaves still retained their brilliant golden color and although their tiny dog, Caroline, ruined her freshly washed fur, their mountain engagement session was a total success. Can’t wait to join them in Costa Rica this January for their destination wedding that I’m sure is going to be unforgettable!

Boulder Engagement Photography | Rachael & Chris

I met this beautiful couple at a special, secret, trailhead south of town, for their Boulder engagement photography. Rachael and Chris were such a pleasure to work with and we had the most beautiful fall weather. The rustic trailhead was a perfect spot for their Boulder engagement photography offering sweeping views of the mountains, fields of tall grass to play in and a small forest glowing in the late afternoon light. I love how natural they were in front of the camera, joking, hugging and showing off how wonderfully in love they are. I can’t wait for their wedding next summer in Estes Park at the Twin Owls Steakhouse.

Breckenridge Ten Mile Station Wedding | Libby & Bryan

It was an endless arrays of blues at this Ten Mile Station wedding, held during summers full bloom in Breckenridge, Colorado. From the skies, to the bridesmaids dresses, to the grooms eyes; this wedding was something blue and full of love, purity and fidelity as the phrase symbolizes.

Libby and Bryan are such a wonderful and welcoming couple. They hugged and greeted each guest with such joy and love the day was just brimming over with happiness. I had a wonderful time making photos in fields of poppy’s with the blue tinted mountains on the horizon and under chairlifts silently waiting for snow. The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches and their guests laughed, danced and celebrated long in to the evening with the newlyweds leading the way.

Estes Park Wedding | Black Canyon Inn and Twin Owls Steakhouse

Stacey & Ryan’ s Estes Park wedding couldn’t have gone any better. From the perfect weather, to the flawless execution by Jessie at Tangerine Room Events, to all the thoughtful details including the awesome ColoRADo Converse sneakers, their wedding at the Black Canyon Inn and Twin Owls steakhouse was outstanding. There were so many laughs, tears and wonderful moments for me to capture. These two are such a fun and easy-going couple, we had a blast at their engagement session last fall in Vail and I truly loved photographing all of the joy of their wedding day.
