Golden, Colorado Wedding Photography | Kate & Adam
There were so many things I loved about this wedding. From the bride’s gorgeous vintage jewelry and smokin’ cowboy boots to the groomsmen’s chocolate brown suits and wheat inspired boutineers, Kate & Adam put so much thought and love into all their fall wedding details it made this wedding truly a special event. They recited their vows at the Chapel at Red Rocks in Morrison with the iconic red rock formations as their backdrop and they celebrated with their friends and families at Golden’s Fossil Trace Golf Club. These were two new venues for me and I had so much fun exploring their incredible grounds making photos with the bride and groom.

Vail locals Joanna & Tim took a gamble having an outdoor, mid- October wedding in Vail and won. It was a warm, blue sky day and we even had a few remaining fall colors to work with. The ceremony was held in Lionshead on the beautiful deck at The Arrabelle, then we hopped on the local bus to celebrate the rest of the evening at The Lodge at Vail.

I’ve known Lisa and Jim since I moved to Colorado over five years ago and I was so honored when they asked me to photograph their wedding next summer. We met up in the mountains recently for an engagement shoot and couldn’t have timed it better. It was a perfect fall day with all the beautiful aspens at their peak. The colors were amazing.

I am well aware that I do shoots at the lake often but in my opinion, that place is one of the most beautiful spots in all of Boulder, Colorado.
