Rosie & Louis | New Jersey Wedding Photography
This fall I was fortunate enough to travel back to my hometown of East Brunswick, New Jersey to photograph the wedding of a dear family friend. Rosie & Louis were married in the church I grew up going to, St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church, and threw a fantastic party in Old Bridge at the elegant Grand Marquis.
It was wonderful wandering around the bride’s parents home where I attended numerous Super Bowl parties making images of the calm, cool, collected, and gorgeous bride getting ready. As my partner in crime, the talented Nathan Dappen, captured all the fun moments of the guys getting ready at the Hilton.
Rosie & Louis were so amazing to work with. They were fun, easy-going and so gracious. I’m beyond happy I got to be there on their day!

Kate & Jim- Vista at Arrowhead Wedding Photography Vail, Colorado
Kate & Jim got hitched on a beautiful day up at the equally beautiful Arrowhead ski resort followed by a wild party thrown at Vista restaurant. Such a pleasure working with this easy-going, fun-loving couple and all of their friends and family. There were so many subtle, moving and joyous moments, I feel lucky to have been a witness.
Thanks Deven who rocked the makeup once again and Marguerite at Vista who kept everyone smiling. Hope you all enjoy the images!

International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers Award
Okay, 11th place may not seem like that big of an accomplishment but it is an international contest against the best wedding photographers in the world and I only entered 4 photos, so I’m pretty darn happy! 🙂
See the winning image at ISPWP and all the images from Sarah & Nick’s Boulder, Colorado wedding here.

Lisa & Jim- Vail Wedding Photography
Six years ago I met Lisa and Jim at the start of their relationship and it was so wonderful to be there for another beginning as they made their commitment to each other official.
All eyes were on the skies as we got ready at Lionhead’s Ritz-Carlton Residences but this dark, drizzling afternoon didn’t dampen Lisa & Jim spirits even when we had to quickly move the ceremony indoors at Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, Colorado. Luckily, there were a few breaks in the weather and we were still able to wander the amazing grounds at Vail Mountain’s Golden Peak making beautiful portraits. Lisa was such a trooper, kicking off her bright red shoes and hiking up her stunning gown, so that we could get the best shots in the not so ideal conditions.
Brittany at Larkspur did a fabulous job keeping everything running smoothly despite the last minute adjustments and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house when Lisa’s dad gave his heartfelt toast. The entire wedding party was literally weeping and it was wonderful.
Thanks Lisa & Jim, it was an honor to photograph your very important day and I had so much fun doing it!
