Ten Mile Station Wedding Photography | Breckenridge, Colorado Wedding
The day couldn’t have been more perfect for my friends Leslie & Andrew at their Ten Mile Station wedding. Late September mountain weddings can be a gamble but we were fortunate enough to have perfect fall weather, plenty of peaking foliage left on the trees and so many heartfelt moments. The ceremony and reception were held on Breckenridge mountain at Ten Mile Station and we saved a little time to wander around the historic downtown, making photos among the beautifully painted old buildings and down by the river walk.
Leslie & Andrew did such an amazing job putting so much thought and special attention into all their Ten Mile Station wedding details, most of which they did themselves. My favorites were the cutout gondola table seating cards, hot apple cider mix for guests, thoughtful pre-wedding gifts to each other and I loved how Leslie’s rockin’ cowboy boots complimented Andrew’s custom made belt buckles. Everything came together perfectly and I am so very happy I got to be there to help them celebrate!

Vail locals Joanna & Tim took a gamble having an outdoor, mid- October wedding in Vail and won. It was a warm, blue sky day and we even had a few remaining fall colors to work with. The ceremony was held in Lionshead on the beautiful deck at The Arrabelle, then we hopped on the local bus to celebrate the rest of the evening at The Lodge at Vail.
Congratulations Joanna & Tim, you were such a pleasure to work with and I had so much fun documenting your day!

I’ve known Lisa and Jim since I moved to Colorado over five years ago and I was so honored when they asked me to photograph their wedding next summer. We met up in the mountains recently for an engagement shoot and couldn’t have timed it better. It was a perfect fall day with all the beautiful aspens at their peak. The colors were amazing.

Vail Mountain Wedding at the Piney River Ranch | Beth & Robbie
Piney River Ranch is one of my favorite wedding venues in Colorado. It is not the easiest place to get to and I imagine guests making the hour drive up the treacherous dirt road wonder where the heck they are being taken but when they pull up and see the breathtaking views all of their questions should be answered.
I had the pleasure to get to know Beth & Robbie last fall during their engagement session and knew they were going to be wonderful to work with. A kind, generous and playful couple, I loved capturing them making each other smile throughout the picture perfect day (no pun intended). After we exhausted all the beautiful locations at Piney River the couple joined their guests for a night filled with wonderful food and dancing at the Donovan Pavilion.
