  • Krina & Jeremy’s Winter Wedding at Taharaa Lodge in Estes Park

Krina & Jeremy drove 20 hours from Humble, Texas to have a Colorado wedding with 27 of their closest family and friends. The calm, cool and collected couple couldn’t take their eyes off of each other during the entire ceremony and the well prepared bride wore snow boots under her gown, which came in very handy after a snowstorm blew in while we were taking portraits on the grounds at the rustic Taharaa Lodge. It was exactly what they wanted… special, intimate, beautiful… and we all had a blast celebrating in the snow on their unforgettable day.

  • The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers

I am very excited and honored to announce I have been accepted into the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers! The ISPWP is an organization of the best wedding photographers in the world, created by professional photographers to raise the standards of the wedding photography profession.

Enormous thanks to Amy Deputy, who showed me the quite beauty of documentary-style wedding photography many, many years ago.

  • Cheryl & Phillip’s Winter Wedding at the Boettcher Mansion

Cheryl & Phillip hosted a lovely winter wedding for their family and friends at Golden’s Boettcher Mansion. Cheryl’s stunning smile was the theme of the day and brought Phillip to tears when he first laid eyes on her. Thank you to all at the mansion who helped make the day go smoothly even with an unexpected fire alarm and thanks to Cori Cook Floral Design for the beautiful arrangements.

  • Engagement Photos Featured

I was really excited when some of my engagement photos were recently featured on Cori Cook Floral Design’s blog. Beth & Robbie are just one of the several couples we will be working together with this season. Thanks Cori, looking forward to more of your beautiful arrangements!

  • Kristin & Skylar at Lazy J Ranch

I had the pleasure to work as a second shooter recently for Vail photographer Shane Macomber at a beautiful wedding held at the Lazy J Ranch in Wolcott, CO. I had a wonderful time hanging out with Skylar and his groomsmen as they prepared (played) before the wedding and was blown away by all the love and emotion during a wet but delightful outdoor ceremony where Kristin was absolutely glowing as tears streaked down her cheeks.

  • Camille & Patrick Allenspark/Boulder

Camille & Patrick have been together for several years already. However, on their wedding day their love for each other was as fresh and intense as I imagine their first days of falling in love were. They were glued together at the lips and I had to beg them for a few images looking my way! It was beautiful watching them exchange meaningful glances and to see the sheer joy in their eyes as they truly celebrated their day.

I met Camille about a year ago while substitute teaching at a Boulder Montessori school where she quickly taught me how to keep a classroom full of rambunctious two-year-olds in line. We were fast friends and I was beyond thrilled when she asked me to document her and Patrick’s special day(s).

It was really important to both the bride and groom that they have a wedding that suited them and didn’t get caught up in what could be an overwhelming time. They did it perfectly. Intimate, romantic, thoughtful and unique. Only 20 people watched them exchange vows at the Wild Basin Lodge in Allenspark, Mt. Meeker towering in the background, and the following day they celebrated with a fantastic party held in downtown Boulder at Rembrandt Yard.

Thank you, my friends, for letting me capture the joining of your two lives together.
