I absolutely love photographing destination weddings in the mountains. Vail and Beaver Creek are two of my favorite resorts to photograph and they never seem to disappoint. No matter how ominous the weather may look at times, I seem to always luck out with beautiful light to make photos in. Courtney and Chris were a blast to work with. From getting ready at the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa, to their tear-filled ceremony at the Beaver Creek Chapel, to our amazing portrait session in east Vail with the Gore Range as our stunning backdrop and finishing the night off at the Donovan Pavilion. The day couldn’t have gone better and I want to give special thanks to day of coordinator Jill Chalfant whose amazing skills kept the day running so smoothly!
